The thoughtfully designed complex includes 18 standard units and 2 accessibility-compliant units, ensuring accessibility for individuals with diverse needs. Each unit rehabilitates independent daily living skills by providing a full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The complex is designed to comply with Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards v. 4.0, focusing on improved building and system performance and sustainable/ healthy material selections.
In addition to the private living spaces, the facility features a communal laundry room, secure storage lockers, and a spacious community room equipped with two offices, perfect for group meetings and social services. Residents can also enjoy the large courtyard, providing an inviting outdoor space for relaxation and community connection. This development represents a vital step toward addressing homelessness and fostering a sense of belonging for those transitioning from homelessness.
