Toppenish Public Works: City of Toppenish

BORArchitecture was selected to aid the City of Toppenish Public Works Division in the design and construction of a new office building and a vehicle storage building to replace their existing facility that was lost to a fire. Our staff had the opportunity to assist in the earliest portions of project planning, including conducting feasibility studies on several possible sites to determine the best location to build the new facility. We diligently developed a number of site plans to further aid in site selection. Our early cost estimates helped facilitate crucial decisions regarding how to best allocate the anticipated insurance funds.

The Office Building will include offices, a work room, locker rooms, and a breakroom sized to host large group training sessions. The Vehicle Storage Building was designed with multiple vehicle bays to house the wide assortment of vehicles and equipment regularly employed by the Public Works Division.
