THMP Office Building: Terrace Heights Memorial Park

The new Terrace Heights Memorial Park office building was designed to provide a comfortable environment for visitors making burial arrangements. A generous waiting room serves the two consultation/conference rooms as well as providing access to the staff work areas and support spaces. The exterior was designed to blend with the historic original office building through the use of similar brick, roof shape, windows, and massing. The building was sited in a central location to provide ready access to the park grounds as well as the Mausoleums. A new circular drive was also constructed to beautify the transition from the entry drive to the various areas of the park.
