This project completely refreshed a large shopping center through a series of projects. Early work included the development of a comprehensive site-wide master plan as well as site layouts for individual structures within the development.

The western building was transformed from an old restaurant into two new restaurants, a higher education center and other retails uses. The expansive original south building was refaced with eye catching materials used on new elevated entry elements which provided punch to a building that had previously faded into the background. The project provided new tenant spaces, enlarged signage opportunities, and improved lighting creating a more inviting experience for visitors. What was once an aged strip mall fronted with an expanse of asphalt is now a vibrant shopping center with restaurants, cafes, retail storefronts, fitness establishments, and more.
