GH Moen ConstructionPalmer Martin Hall was constructed to replace four existing obsolete and inefficient buildings on the YVC Yakima Campus. The building houses the Art, Modern Language, Early Childhood Education and Speech/Communication Departments. The first floor has four art studios, a digital art/language lab, an art appreciation classroom, and a wing housing a faculty office suite. Also located on the first floor, is a Gallery for the display of art produced by the students and faculty. The second floor houses nine classrooms, a public speaking room/lecture hall, a speech/A.S.L. Lab and a seminar room. There are multiple study and gathering spaces provided throughout the building on both floors.
