New Brewery & Tap Room: Outskirts Brewing

Selah’s new Outskirts Brewing Co. finds its home in the familiar red barn on the east side of 1st Street, at the entry to the city.  The barn building is being renovated to house an extensive tap room and kitchen, with the adjacent garage building being converted to a new on-site brewing facility. The vision of the Outskirts design was to embrace the historic structure and finishes of the barn to provide a rustic character and atmosphere throughout the space. Extensive care has been given to salvage and preserve the original structure and to repurpose as much salvaged materials as possible. The tap room will also take advantage of the extensive site by providing patron access to outdoor seating and recreation areas, including an outdoor bar area.
