This renovation project provided a complete renewal for this 1960’s era manufacturing plant. The corporate office of this international company had not had updates to the structure or furnishings since the original construction, which provide the opportunity to reinvent the spaces to provide appropriate departmental layouts, updated infrastructure, and furnishings. Three building were renovated and renamed as the Jerre H. Paxton Corporate Office & Production Building, the Floyd G. Paxton Engineering Building and the Ted L. Paxton Parts & Assembly Building.
