Grandview Public Works Complex: City of Grandview

This new Public Works Complex was designed for the City of Grandview to replace their existing out-of-date and inadequate facility. The complex consists of a 13,000 square foot building which houses; administrative offices, vehicle parking bays, maintenance bays, work/storage rooms, dedicated paint/chemical storage, and additional support spaces.

Other areas included in the complex area are a 12-bay covered vehicle parking structure, separate staff, visitor and employee parking areas, as well as an area for maneuvering and parking trucks.
