The new Packing Line Office Building for the Ahtanum Complex provides administrative, sales team and staff support for the 136,260 square feet of attached packing line building. The first floor provides the entry point for visitors to the site along with staff workstations and conference room. This floor also houses the cafeteria, lockers, restrooms, and training space for the complex. The second floor provides staff offices and workstation space as well as a dining room and meeting space. The mezzanine level completes the staff work area with a large high-ceiling open office space capable of hosting several flexible workstation configurations.

The Office Building features a dramatic three-story exterior designed to standout from and complement the scale of the adjoining warehouse structures.

Adjacent to the packing line and office building is the 191,275 square foot Packed Fruit and Shipping building. This refrigerated building contains automated palletizing equipment, 81,550 square feet of extra-high rack warehouse, re-pack operations and quality control operations. The building also contains shipping offices and 18 loading dock doors. Inside the quality control space is a small two-story conditioned office building containing; offices, break room, restrooms, and a lab space.
