39th Avenue & Kern Office Building: Triplet Enterprises

This office building was originally designed for Huibregtse, Louman Associates, a growing engineering firm. Private offices were provided for sixteen, with an open office area designed to house seven technical staff. A generous board room accommodates ten along with a smaller meeting room sized for four. A basement was included to accommodate record storage as well as a staff recreation area. The building was designed with the potential to be divided to accommodate multiple future tenants.
