Corporate Office: Allan Bros. Fruit

The new corporate office building for Allan Bros. Inc. located in Naches, features a natural stone veneer in colors that mimic its Mt. Cleman backdrop and the surrounding orchards. The building was designed to house the administrative staff for the orchard, processing and storage arms of this growing company. The building features a welcoming clerestory lit lobby providing access to a well-appointed board room, as well as the corporate offices. Wood trim and paneling was used throughout the building to create a warm and inviting work environment consistent with its Pacific Northwest location. The building wraps around a roomy courtyard accessed through the board room or the general office area. This outdoor space features a curving pergola shading an outdoor kitchen with surrounding seating and landscaping. The courtyard ensures that all the offices have exterior windows and natural day lighting.
