Brown Dental Hygiene Building Renovation and Addition
The Brown Dental Hygiene Building Renovation was undertaken by YVCC in an effort to increase the size and sophistication of the facility in order to keep pace with the growing enrollment demands and the technologies being used in the dental field. The project has increased the building area by 7,380 square feet and is providing six additional positions within each year of the program.
The instructional spaces in the building include four Clinic Bays with six chairs each, a Classroom/Laboratory, Lab Support, Processor Room, four X-ray Rooms and a state of the art Sterilization Room. The building is supported by a large Waiting Room, Reception/Check-in/Check-out, Faculty Offices, a Conference Room, Locker Rooms and a Student Study Area.
