Richard, along with his partners, started Brockway, Opfer, Raab Architecture in 1994. He has spent his career providing full architural services for countless clients throughout Central and Southwestern Washington. While skilled in all areas of project development he has placed special emphasis on the development of well coordinated specifications and construction documents.
Richard is a stickler for detail who is tireless in his desire to provide well designed and constructed facilities for all of his clients. His recent repeat clients include Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health, City of Wapato, Wapato School District, West Valley School District and Yakima County, to name a few.
