Allen is a founding partner of Brockway, Opfer, Raab Architecture. His career has focused on providing "hands-on" architectural services to clients throughout the Central Washington area. His design experience includes dozens of higher education, municipal and commercial projects ranging from new facilities to complicated renovations. He is by nature a detail oriented person who is well suited to administer an abundant variety of projects. He has developed tried and true skills providing project budget development for Capital Funding Requests and Bond Issue preparation for Columbia Basin College, West Valley School District, Yakima Valley Community College and the Yakima Fire Department to name a few.
Allen takes pride in the development of well coordinated construction documents. He follows these documents with thorough construction administration during which he visits the job site frequently to answer questions, meet with the Owner and monitor project progress.
